Over 17 years ago we started in real estate for the same reason we’re still here: we like helping people through one of the biggest moves of their lives, and getting it right. We live and work in the Bayside, from Wynnum to Manly and everywhere between.

We don’t pass you to assistants or bury your sale under fifty other listings. We keep our numbers deliberately tight so that when you choose us, you get both of us, from the first conversation to the final handshake.

Shawn leads the sales and negotiation. Kym drives the marketing that gets your home seen. Between us, nothing gets dropped and no one else has to be brought up to speed on your sale.
